From her days of working two jobs while attending college, to her time in the corporate world and playing the role of a busy, sleep-deprived stay-at-home mom, Tami Wilmot understands the struggle that comes from trying to achieve a health work/life balance. An avid runner and fitness enthusiast, she has continually found time to stay active while instilling the importance of good health to her growing family and driphouse® guests.
One of Tami’s goals was to find a healthy outlet that allowed her to help others, while at the same time providing an opportunity to slow down, relax and feel rejuvenated. This was her call to driphouse®, and today she’s an integral part of its success.
Over the past 25 years, Malisa Lougher has been a dedicated athlete and fitness enthusiast who goes to great lengths inspiring others to reach their wellness goals. With Yoga and Taekwondo as her core disciplines, she’s a kick ass mom, literally, and a staunch advocate for fitness, good health and community wellness programs.
Malisa is also a firm believer in the vast health benefits of sweat therapy. She believes that, regardless of a person’s age, finding the right wellness program is something which will provide benefits throughout the course of a lifetime. She loves working with health-minded individuals of all ages, and strives to change the scope of wellness as a life practice.
